Marilyn Powell is an experienced realtor with over 30 years in the real estate business and over 22 years working in Douglas County.   She is qualified and would be delighted to take care of all your real estate needs.  Ninety percent of her business comes from past clients and referrals from past clients which is testament to the superior service that she provides.   She is in the top one percent of Re/Max agents demonstrating her outstanding performance in the real estate field.  And most importantly, Marilyn Powell is able to offer her clients complete and undivided attention utilizing the latest technology and an experienced support staff. 

Dawn Caskey helps prepare documents and paper work including disclosures and contracts.  She keeps in close contact with outside realtors providing Marilyn with valuable feedback regarding property.  Additionally, she maintains ongoing communication with clients in order to fulfill any additional requirements they may have.

Susan Ronan measures and photographs properties, as well as, designs brochures and posts pictures and detailed information about properties on MLS and www.realtor.com.  She inputs criteria into Realty Assistant which is a program that enables clients to receive daily, weekly, or monthly email updates on customized searches for property.  Furthermore, she aids Marilyn in vacant land transactions.

Jennifer Mussato is an accredited staging professional and Co-President of the Denver IAHSP chapter.  She offers tips and resources to prepare clients to sell their home.  Also, she assists in all ongoing marketing development focusing on Homes and Land and The Castle Pines Connection publications.
